Cancellation policy
1) Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
2) Cancellations made between 7 days and 49 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
3) Cancellations made between 48 hours before arrival and the day of arrival, and in the case of no-show, must pay the total amount of the entire stay.

In the 48 hours before arrival the Hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night to check the validity of the card. The amount will then be deducted at check-out.
The city tax of € 1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 5 nights is excluded from the room rate. This tax is mandatory and must be paid directly at the hotel.
Gocce di Capri reserves the right to verify credit card details prior to arrival by requesting a pre-authorization of the first night’s lodging. Please be sure to have inserted the correct Credit Card Number and a valid expiration date. If the card number and expiration date are invalid the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice.
